Payments
Annual assessment statements are mailed out before the end of February. Payments are due by April 30th of each year and are payable to the Benton County Treasurer.
As of January 15, 2005, all current and delinquent assessment payments are to be paid to the Benton County Treasurer. Assessment Payments must be paid to:

LID Construction Principal Payments
Patrons wishing to make extra payments on their LID Construction accounts can do so at the District office.
